Homemade Mac and Cheese
8 oz elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Joe's BQ Resque Red Rub


Cook macaroni according to the package directions and drain. In a sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in enough flour to make roux. Add milk to roux slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and sauce is a little thick. Put macaroni in a large casarole dish, and pour sauce over macaroni and stir well.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Combine bread crumbs and resque red rub. Spread your breadcrumb mix over macaroni. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes and serve.
