Bruschetta - Tomato
Serves 12
8 ripe plum tomatoes
5 leaves fresh basil - chopped
2 cloves garlic - minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Joe's BQ Resque Red Rub
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tblsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 loaf Italian or french bread


In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and allow to stand for 30 mins.

Preheat broiler

Arrange pieces of sliced bread on a baking pan and brown both sides

Spread the bruschetta mixture on the bread and serve
