Boneless Curried Lamb BQ
1 boneless leg of lamb
3 oz. Joe's BQ Resque Red Rub
4 oz. curry powder
8 oz. Joe's BQ Resque Red Applewood Sauce


First combine all dry ingredients, then generously coat meat.

Place meat on a hot grill (approximately 500) lower heat and grill to desired internal temperature. To assure the meat remains moist, do not over cook.

I recomend medium rare or 145 degrees.

Combine BBQ sauce and curry powder. Allow meat time to rest before slicing. Pour sauce over the sliced meat and serve.
