Fajita Marinade
1 qt vegetable oil
4 peeled garlic cloves
1 tsp hot sauce
6 tbsp Joe's BQ Resque Red Rub
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp fresh chopped jalapeno
2 tbsp small diced onion

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together. Pour marinate over beef or chicken strips that are (layered in a pan) and let stand for an hour. Drain as much of the marinate off before grilling to avoid flare ups.
