Grilled Rib Eye Steak
Serves 4
Prep time : 2-4 hours
Cooking time : 15 mins.
4 - 12 oz. Rib eye steaks
4 oz. Joe'sBQ Resque Red Rub
Kosher salt - as desired
Joe's BQ Applewood Smoked Sauce - as desired

On a sheet pan, coat both sides of steaks with rub and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

Add desired amount of salt before placing meat on the grill. Place steaks on the grill and sear both sides, reduce flame and grill for approximately 5-6 minutes on each side depending on your pleasure.
