Salsa
Yield 2 cups
Prep time 10 mins.
6 ripe plum tomatoes
1/2 cup onion
4 tblsp. fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic
4 tblsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. JoesBQ Resque Red Rub
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. hot sauce


Combine all ingredients into a food processor and pulse it a few times until mixture is still slightly chunky and that's it!
