Grilled Asparagus
1 bunch fresh asparagus
3 tblsp. olive oil
1 ts. kosher salt
fresh ground black pepper as needed
1 tblsp. granulated garlic
1 ts. JoesBQ Resque Red Rub

Trim off the bottoms of the asparagus. Coat with oil and season. Place on a preheated grill over a medium flame, turrning every minute or so. They should only take 3-4 minutes. When you have grill marks and asparagus is cooked yet still firm , remove from grill.
