Rice Corn Cheese Casserole
3 cups cooked rice
6 oz monterey jack cheese
1 lb cream style corn
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green onions
2 tbsp cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Joe's BQ Resque Red Rub


pre heat oven to 400 F

In a large bowl combine rice, cheese,corn, sour cream, green onions, cilantro, salt and Joe's BQ Resque Red Rub.

Transfer mixture to a lightly oiled 1 1/3 qt. cassarole dish. Baked uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
