Grilled Salmon
4 oz salmon fillets
1/2 cup peanut oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp green onions
3 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Joe's BQ Resque Red Rub
Joe's BQ Resque Red Applewood Sauce (as needed)


Place salmon fillets in a medium non-porous glass dish. In a seperate mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients . Cover and marinate fish for 3 1/2 hours. Preheat grill, lightly oil grill with vegetable oil. Place salmon on griil for approximately 5 minutes on each side .

Serve with Joe's BQ Resque Red Applewood Smoked Sauce
