Prep time 10 minutes
Makes 2 cups
2 ripe avacado - peeled and small cubed
2 tblsp. chopped onion - fine diced
2 cloves garlic - minced
2 tblsp. cilantro - chopped
2 tblsp. lime juice - fresh
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp.Joe's BQ Resque Red Rub

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and smash with a fork until you reac desired consistancy. Cover with plastic wrap (press it directly on to the guacamole)
