Joe's BQ Resque Red Ribs (cooked indoors)
Cooking time: 3 hours
1 slab baby back or St. louis ribs
4 tblsp. Joe'sBQ Resque Red Rub
8 oz. Joe's BQ Applewood Smoked Sauce
Cover each side of the slab with rub, actually rub the seasoning on to the ribs by using your hands. Wrap in plastic and allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator. I like to sart this recipe by putting the ribs on a wire rack or perforated broiler pan and place them in the broiler section of your oven for 2 minutes on each side (being careful not to burn them). Switch your oven to bake and preheat to 225°F. Once an hour, slather your ribs with the BBQ sauce. You want your ribs to reach atleast 180°F , I have found that setting your oven at 225° and cooking the ribs for 3 hours is the perfect method. Slice the ribs in between each bone and serve with Joe's BQ Applewood Smoked Sauce.
